There was a few items that I saved from my shop yesterday so that I could get them today at SDM for the 20x the points event. I am very luck because there is a SDM near me that Price Matches, please note that most do not, but there is no harm in asking your local SDM.
My first transaction I purchased my $50 SDM gift card so that I could get the 500 points. I then used that GC to purchase my second transaction.
Here is a list of what I like from the flyer's from May 25th- May 31st. There are lots of free items this week, I have highlighted them on the lsit. All of the printable coupons can be found here. Please note that flyer deals vary by region, so not all of the prices listed here will be valid at all stores.
Sorry for the late post I am having computer trouble so this is from my phone, and I therefore have no picture of the shop either.
Three things about this shop, 1. The cashier only scanned 4 of my 6 BBQ sauces. 2. The chicken the meat department PMed for me was air chilled an therefore a little more expensive to begin with. 3. Is that really the regular price of cheese strings I double checked the tag three times and checked the bar code, it's really that expensive!!
Todays shop was a long one. Since I had a little shop last week there was a little more to get this week. Also my freezer was looking a little empty so I had to get some meat and pizzas to help fill it up. When I was 80% done my 2 year old was dancing around and fell and hurt herself, bigger problem, the pain from the injury caused her to have an "accident". She was over the injury but was very upset about the accident until we got her all cleaned up. SOOO it turned into a VERY long trip, that being said it was a good shop :) I made a stop at Sobeys also to pick up the cereal and granola bars for the MIR.
METRO: 2x Cereal = regular $6.99 <approx> sale Sobeys $4.99 + MIR $10.00 = $0.00ea (saved approx $13.98) 2x Granola Bars = regular $6.99 <approx> sale Sobeys $4.99 + MIR $10.00 = $0.00 (saved approx $13.98)
Subtotal = $19.96 HST = $1.30
Retail Value = $29.78 (including tax) Total Out of Pocket = $1.26 Total Saved = $28.52
Have you signed up for Shoppers Voice? I have heard that you get great samples and coupons from them. I know some people get them in the mail but I haven't so I was very happy to find it online. Hopefully we will get some great coupons from them.

Did you notice I didn't shop this past week? I decided to skip my big shop this week and save some money but there were a couple of things I wanted to get so I had a very little shop today at RCSS just to stock up.
I am very pleased that we have hit 200 likes on Facebook, now I want to double it! When we hit 400 likes FrugalMeFrugalYou will launch their very FIRST giveaway!! So share share share and hopefully we will be having a giveaway soon!!
On Thursday I did a little couponing at 3 stores, I went to Walmart, RCSS and Rexall. I had a few things that I wanted to get from that weeks sales so I decided to combine it in a couponing trip. At Rexall I wanted to get the laundry soap that was on sale unfortunately they had none left, but I found some great deals in their clearance section. I usually go to SDM because of the points but sometimes you get lucky at Rexall and find some deals on clearance. At Walmart the cashier entered in one of my Colgate coupons wrong so they had to figure out my total by hand.
